Monday MOVES

Hello! Happy Monday!

Last week was a whirl wind of birthday celebrations, visitors and a random head cold (UGH), so exercise didn’t go quite to plan. I had to make a few switches and substitutions to get things done & what I actually did, ended up looking nothing like my original intentions….whoops!  But no dramas,  thats life hey?!

Here was my original plan:

  • HIIT
  • Yoga class & 20min run
  • HIIT
  • Yoga class & 20min run
  • Kettle Bell
  • 30min Run
  • Rest

And this is what my actual exercise looked like:

  • Rest
  • Yoga class
  • 30min run
  • Kettle Bell Workout
  • Rest
  • Kettle Bell Workout
  • Yoga class

Errrm, so no HIIT – whoops!

This week I’m going to try and get last weeks plan nailed.

    Sounds like a great plan! I really need to stay on track.. I tried a new ingredient in my NutriBlast today called Spirulina; its a algae in powder form. It is supposed to be Nature’s Number One Super Food…. Yea, well it smells funky and tastes way better than it smells,, only if its mixed in with your greens and fruits. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a natural and healthy form of getting in that protein after a great workout! Just make sure you aren’t like me and ask for it in the vegetable department. The guy looked at me funny when I told him that none of the markets carry it in their veggie aisle. It is only sold in powder and capsule form.

    I’m exactly the same when it comes to workouts!
    I plan a detailed plan and then I totally come off track! I often think that sometimes it could be a good thing though, just go with the flow. How you feel about a certain routine when you come to do it can change everything!
