Hey Friends! Happy Monday!
It’s been a while since I shared a Monday Moves post, maybe because I’ve been a little slack on planning out my weekly exercise *ahem*. But today I’m putting my planning hat back on and trying to be organised – something, it appears, I find near impossible when living on an island where being timely isn’t something that anyone is very concerned with. It’s not going to stop this girl from trying though!
This week, inspired by the success of Gemma from Dietitian Without Borders with her 30 day squat challenge, the hubby and I have decided to start a 30 day plank challenge. GULP. Now I don’t know about you, but at the moment my core strength is a little bit on the wobbly side. So I’m not entirely sure it is possible to go from doing a 20 second plank to a 5 min plank in a mere 30 days, but I guess they don’t call it a challenge for nothing!
