WEEKLY MOVES

Hey Guys!

Things have been fairly up & down the last couple of weeks.  We have been having a wonderful time with my brother-in-law who is visiting at the moment, but things took a little turn for the worse when we unexpectedly lost our much loved cat Stringy in the early hours of Saturday morning.  She died as a result of internal bleeding, most probably caused by poison put down to kill pests such as rats, mice and possibly stray dogs. It’s so sad.  Unfortunately it seems she wasn’t the only victim and a few of our neighbours pets have seemingly suffered the same fate.

RIP Stringy

Luckily we have many hands at work feeding and weaning the kittens who hopefully will thrive despite losing their mum. A couple of them certainly have inherited her cheeky personality!

I woke up to find this cheeky madam had found a way to sneak into bed with us for a cuddle!

On top of this I’ve managed to pick up a bit of a sniffle, so I’m going to keep it light this week.  Hopefully those exercise endorphins will help with keeping my mood positive!

This Weeks Plan:

Monday: Light Swim in the Sea

Tuesday: 30 min Beach circuit & yoga

Wednesday: Surf

Thursday: Yoga Class (1hr 45min)

Friday: Yoga Class (1hr 45min)

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: 30 min Sworkit

What are your plans this week?
Anybody ever hand reared kittens? Any tips?

Sorry to hear about Stringy my friend. I am sure you gave her a wonderful life and she died with many happy memories. Thinking of you!

Your workout plan looks pretty good to me, as do the beautiful views I am sure you are looking at right now! Very jealous. Hope you have a wonderful week!

    Hola Helen,

sorry to hear things are up and down :( but looks like you have a better week ahead :)

after a mini break in Sicily, I’m trying to get back on track with training as now 16 weeks to go. Oops!!

70minute slow run today felt great as the sun is shining so just need to convince myself to go the pool later and I could be back on track…but so many distractions!!! My turbo trainer arrived so I might try to set that up this afternoon (which means no swimming) but would at least mean I could finally start some bike training!!

A beach workout sounds so much better – still not convinced about the yoga though :)

Hope you feel better soon xx
